If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our services. We invite You to review our policy on refunds.

The following terms are applicable for any services that You purchased with Us.

Orders mean a request by You to take services from Us.
Service refers to the items offered for sale of the Service.
Website refers to Hi PrideCare, accessible from https://hipride.in
You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Orders Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order and get the refund within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for refunding your money is 14 days from the date on which You received the Services or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the services delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the refunded cancellation call. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Booking, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Refund

In order for the services to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

The services were canceled on the same day of your order.
Discounted services are not eligible for a refund.

Only regular priced Services may be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

*Note: ­­ – If you pay advance at the time of booking and cancel any services, then your advance will be refunded after deducting the processing fee.
